Training & Programming
Sessions are 60 minutes and fully structured. A typical session includes a warm-up focused on mobility and movement prep, followed by the main strength training block built around your specific program. Erik focuses heavily on proper technique, progressive overload, and movement quality — not random workouts. Every session has a purpose.
It depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients train 2–4 times per week. Erik will recommend a training frequency during your consultation based on what's realistic for your lifestyle — consistency over time matters far more than trying to do too much too soon.
Erik programs around whatever equipment you have access to — a full gym, a home setup, or minimal equipment. His philosophy is simple: as long as you have gravity, you can train. Let him know what you have access to during the consultation and he'll build accordingly.
Injuries & Pain
Yes — this is one of Erik's specialties. Having experienced a serious lower back injury himself (L4–L5 bulging disc), Erik understands how to train around pain and build strength without making things worse. He works closely with clients dealing with knee and back discomfort to find movement patterns that feel good and help you build back stronger over time.
In many cases, yes. Erik has worked with clients post-surgery including hip and shoulder procedures. He is experienced in bridging the gap between rehab and performance training. That said, always consult your doctor or physical therapist first — Erik works alongside your medical team, not in place of them.
Nutrition
Yes. Erik is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach and offers nutrition coaching both as a standalone service and as part of his training programs. All coaching clients also receive nutrition guidelines to support their training goals — whether that's building muscle, losing fat, or improving energy and performance.
Rather than rigid meal plans, Erik focuses on practical nutrition guidelines that fit into your lifestyle. The goal is to build sustainable habits — not follow a restrictive plan that's impossible to maintain long term. Nutrition coaching is personalized to your goals, schedule, and food preferences.

Results & Timeline
Most clients notice improvements in energy, movement quality, and strength within the first 4–6 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically take 8–12 weeks of consistent training and nutrition. The key word is consistency — results compound over time. Erik's longest clients have been training with him for 5–10+ years because the results keep coming.
Results depend on your starting point, goals, consistency, and nutrition — but common outcomes include:
  • Increased strength and muscle mass
  • Improved mobility and pain-free movement
  • Better body composition (fat loss / muscle gain)
  • More energy and confidence in everyday life
  • A sustainable training habit that lasts for years
Scheduling & Policy
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all sessions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited. Life happens — just communicate as early as possible and Erik will do his best to accommodate.
Once you're onboarded as a client, Erik will set up a recurring schedule that works for your availability. Scheduling is handled directly through communication with Erik to keep things flexible and personal.
