As a personal trainer it is your job to get your clients to lose weight, live a healthier life and be independent in the weight room. Technology has allowed us to enter a fitness renaissance where if you have a question about a diet or exercise you can find out the answer in seconds. Google has been lifesaver and has allowed the average gym to gain a wealth of However, with anything in life there will always be some negatives and the internet is no exception. The hardest part about looking up a diet or workouts online is figuring out who to trust.

If you are looking for exercises and workouts then you need to check out Eric Cressey, Mike Robertson, or Brett Contreras "the glute guy".
