Hopefully you have amazon prime and you will get the book in 2 days because the book is that good. Trust me, it is going to change the way you look at food. Abel James does an amazing job at providing you the reasoning behind the recipes in his book. The first 200 pages go over why we should be eating natural foods and why we shouldn't be afraid of fats. After you become a wizard on what foods to eat, he provides you with the tools to eat those foods. The book has 40 different recipes for healthy meals meaning there are no longer any excuses. On top of that, he teaches you how to save money on the food you are buying and the essentials that you need.
This book is a must own, however I understand that we live busy lives and some people hate reading and find health / nutrition extremely boring. So if you are one of those people then you are in luck because below is a sample 7 day meal plan from the book and my own experience that I created.
Follow the plan for two weeks and I guarantee you will feel better then you did two weeks ago.
